To Access the Knowledge
BROADBAND USERS
Click on the city picture below (Macromedia Flash required, click Get Adobe Flash Player if required).

Once you have entered the Knowledge you will then be asked for your username and password (which your VLA issued you with).
NON BROADBAND USERS
Click on the buildings at the bottom of this screen, to go directly to your sector.
